    ** Online registration for Kinders via Synergy, our Student Information System, is now open.  It can be accessed by clicking HERE

    Remember, if you register online, your registration will not be accepted as COMPLETE if you did not upload the required documents.  (*Additional documents are proof of residency, Student’s Birth Certificate, and vision screening form)  If you are not able to upload these documents, you may email them to or you are welcome to bring those into the office.  

    Kindergarten Camp 

    Help jump-start your child’s kindergarten year by enrolling him/her to attend our 5-day Kinder Camp at Grant Watts Elementary School or Warren Elementary School. We will hold a camp that spans one-week for a full-day. The camp runs from 8am-3pm, August 2nd-6th. Transportation is available to this program.

    As part of this FREE program, your incoming kindergarten student will:

    • Be served snack and lunch daily.

    • Learn important school routines.
    • Create relationships with kindergarten teachers and building staff.

    • Receive a jump start on learning reading, writing and math skills.

    • Have fun with other children at camp.

    • Ease into the transition of full-day kindergarten.

    • Enjoy after-camp enrichment opportunities with their families.


    Students must have turned in a completed kindergarten registration form using the Scappoose Online Registration method or a paper packet to the school office.

    The Kindercamp program has limited space. All are welcome to apply, understand that priority for placement will be given to:

    • Students who have not had formal preschool experience

    • Students that have participated in Head Start or Early Childhood Special Education setting

    • Students from communities of color

    • Students who qualify for free/reduced school lunch

    You may sign your child up for KinderCamp three ways:
    1. Attend Kindergarten Connect (see above) and obtain the tools to sign up.

  • REGISTRATION for the 2021-2022 School Year  is now open ONLINE.    

        Online Registration Instructions

    (If you are coming from Preschool Palace, Warren Head Start, South County Family School or Sauvie Island School then you already have a ParentVue account and need to use that account to register)

    Currently enrolled students will need to use your Parent Vue Login Information.  Sign in HERE!  Once you are in your account you will see that Registration is open for your student.  This is where you will verify the current information we have for them and update it.  (Please note: if you see duplicate contact, go ahead and delete them).

    If you have issues with ParentVue please do not hesitate to contact us in the Grant Watts Office

    Paper applications are available HERE!  They may be returned to your students school or the District Office.

    Questions should be directed to Scappoose School District participates in the National School Lunch Program and for 2020-21 Oregon Fueling Students for Success. FSFS is an Oregon specific state subsidy program designed to provide additional coverage to students that may not qualify for free meals under the NLSP. To receive meals at no charge under Oregon’s expanded free meal eligibility, families would submit their household income information using the 2020-21 Confidential Family Application for Free& Reduced Price Meals. Applications can be submitted online or paper.
