Online Registration

Online registration is available for new student enrollment.  After the online application has been accepted, the school may contact you for additional follow-up and may schedule a meeting prior to your student's first day.  This is important as you may receive school-specific forms to complete and other information to make your student's transition a smooth one.  If you did not upload documents during the online registration, you will need to bring those to the school.  You will receive an email notification when your registration has been accepted.

Getting Started:

New parents/guardians enrolling a student:

• You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer
• Email account
  • Don't have one?  Get a free one through Gmail or Outlook

To access online registration, please click this link to start the process.  This will create your ParentVUE account.  ParentVUE is the parent portal that allows you to see your student's educational information.

Your student is considered a returning student if they have previously attended a Scappoose School District school (including charters).  Families of returning students must use their existing ParentVUE account.  If you forgot your username or password, click HERE. If you do not have your account information, please contact your student's school.

If your student currently attends Scappoose School District (excluding charters), you can verify/update the information we have on file by logging into your ParentVUE account.  If you forgot your username or password, click HERE. If you do not have your account information, please contact your student's school.

Application/Registration:   Please reach out to the following schools to register your student for the Scappoose Online Academy (SOA):  

• Grade 6:  Otto Petersen at 971-200-8003     
• Grades 7-8:  Scappoose Middle School at 971-200-8004     
• Grades 9-12:  Scappoose High School:  971-200-8005. 

Please tell the office you are interested in enrolling your student into the SOA.  Once you have registered your student with SOA follow the easy steps on the infographic below to fill out the application at Baker Web Academy (BWA). Please click the image to enlarge it.
