Ms. Rebecca Steinke
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life. I have been married for 25 years, have 4 children, ranging in ages from 24 to 16. I am a life-long learner. I spent over a decade in college--eventually earning my Science degree at the University of Oregon. I became an educator in 2005 from Concordia University in Portland. I currently enjoy teaching at Scappoose High School (2005-2010, 2014-Present). Previously, I was a math and science instructor at Arts and Technology High School in Wilsonville and at adjunct at Willamette University in Salem. I love to travel, read, get my hands dirty with home improvements, upcycle furniture and unwanted items, and play games with my family.
Currently at Scappoose High School I am teaching the following subjects:
Anatomy and Physiology (College Prep Course) shsanatomy.weebly.com
Biology 101 (College Course--5 Credits) shsbiology101.weebly.com
Biology 102 (College Course--5 Credits) shsbiology102.weebly.com
In addition to my teaching assignments, I am a high school Teacher On Special Assignment (TOSA): I work on J-Term, Essential Skills, State Testing, Instruction and Support for Teachers.
