Scappoose School District is proud to partner with Peachjar, a digital flyer platform that helps us connect schools, families, and community organizations. Peachjar allows us to share important community information in one convenient, paperless location, supporting both strong communication and environmental sustainability. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed with SSD. Flyers from outside organizations are not distributed through school or district newsletters.

Through Peachjar, families can easily access district-approved community resources all in one place.

Peachjar for Families

Families receive district-approved digital flyers by email and can also view all active flyers at any time by clicking the “Peachjar” button on their school’s website. Flyers may include:

  • Enrichment opportunities

  • Sports, camps, and youth programs

  • Community resources and services

All flyers are reviewed and approved by the district before distribution.

Peachjar for Community Organizations

District-approved community organizations may use Peachjar to distribute flyers to families.

If your organization would like to share information about a program, event, or resource that benefits our students and families:

  1. Submit your flyer through the Peachjar platform.

  2. The district will review it to ensure it meets distribution guidelines.

  3. Once approved, the flyer will be emailed to families and posted online to the PeachJar Flyer board.

Peachjar charges a service fee for distribution. In most cases, this cost is significantly lower than printing and delivering paper flyers to schools. Additional benefits include:

  • Direct links to your website or registration page

  • One streamlined submission process (no need to visit multiple schools)

To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

1. Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com
2. Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more
3. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
