Welcome! My name is Amanda Longtain and I teach fourth grade here at Otto Petersen Elementary. This is my fourth year teaching. I received my Bachelors of Science from the University of Oregon in 2011 and my Masters of Teaching from George Fox University in 2012. I attended Scappoose schools myself and am excited to still be a part of this great community. My husband and I have a 1 1/2 year old daughter, a yellow lab, and two cats. When I am not teaching I love traveling the world, hiking, reading, crocheting/knitting, chocolate/coffee, and spending time with family and friends.
